Email Templates

What is an Email Template

Important Note

An email template is a pre-defined email layout, that may already include content like images or text. Rather than create a new email from scratch each time, you can use a template as a base. Templates are also handy for making sure email designs follow brand guidelines.

Creating an Email Header and Footer

Similar to Pages, OPS-COM allows you to create standard Header and Footer elements for all emails that get sent out of the system. This would apply to both automated email messages as well as manually sent messages. Let’s have a look at how you would create these elements.

Creating Email Content

Default email templates are used when clients receive receipts/messaging for payments, password resets, incident reports, permit invoice, and appeals, submitted by users. By editing these templates you are adjusting these messages to include the desired text and images you prefer.
